A mental health workshop for people of the Global Majority seeking to learn more about themselves through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens.
You’ll learn about common protector parts — such as “the perfectionist” and “the critic” — and what you can do to take care of yourself when these parts come into play.
This workshop is facilitated by Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Joan Choi and moderated by Dr. Yvette Martinez-Vu.
